Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may return any Hardero order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. This return window applies to all orders delivered within New Zealand and is in line with international consumer protection standards including EU Directive 2011/83/EU principles of consumer rights.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery note) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@ligamentuaclean.world with your order details and reason for return
- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide a return address within 2 business days
- Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using tracked postage
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days
5. Refund Processing
As orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer to an account you provide. We will confirm the refund amount and timeline by email. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
